Clorox disinfecting products can make a significant difference in the spread of infectious disease. Infectious diseases kill more than 13.6 million people in the world each year.¹
The first project of the partnership between CRI and The Clorox Company is the development and implementation of the ABC Program to advance health literacy, improve household hygiene, and prevent disease in Lima, Peru.
How We're Making a Difference
Arts for Behavior Change Program
The goal of this program is to develop and test an arts-based intervention that combines artistic disciplines, such as theater, music, dance, puppetry, and storytelling, in order to advance health literacy and improve hygiene-related behaviors that will lead to improvements in household hygiene in low-income communities in Lima, Peru.
